Vishal Becomes a Villain for Kaala?

Sources say that if a film has to go to censor, Tamil Film Producers Council should give No Objection Certificate. But because of their strike, Vishal’s TFPC is not giving NOC to any Tamil films. The problem is that Dhanush has given his word to the producers in Telugu and Hindi that Kaala will definitely release on April 27.

But TFPC is not giving NOC to Dhanush so the film can’t go to censor and it means that the Rajinikanth starrer will not release on April 27.

But Dhanush and Kaala’s distributor Lyca are confident that the strike will be called off in another one week and they can proceed with the censor plans in April first week.
