Yogi Babu Hasn’t Forgotten His Struggling Past

Though me may not look exactly like a comedian, the burly Yogi Babu has slowly but steadily made his way from a stuntman to become one of the leading comedians in Kollywood.

Yogi Babu accepts all films which are offered to him, not differentiating between films directed by leading directors or debutants and starring frontline heroes and newcomers. His attitude and manners of behavior, however, haven’t changed a bit and remain the same ever since he debuted with Ameer’s Yogi (directed by Subramaniam Siva) almost a decade back.

He has Vijay’s untitled next film and Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Viswasam among the many films in his kitty. He has been shooting non-stop so as to meet his call-sheet schedules perfectly. In the meantime, director Sumbramaniam Siva sounded Yogi Babu to give four-days of call-sheet to star in his upcoming directorial venture titled as Vellai Yaanai.

Without saying a word about his fee to star in the film, Yogi Babu reported to the shoot promptly and attended the 4-day shooting schedule, which made Siva very happy and excited.

Yogi Babu sure remembers his past and those who gave him a new lease of life as an actor in Kollywood!
