Frequent Dancing Sessions Helped Lakshmi Shed Her Extra Pounds!

It turns out that actress Lakshmi Menon, who has lost much of her flab in recent weeks, didn’t pump it out at the gym or undertook rigorous work-outs to acquire a slim frame. All she did was to dance and that too quite frequently!

Lakshmi looked very rusty and heavy in her last year’s hit film Rekka opposite Vijay Sethupathi. Gaining weight also meant that she wasn’t offered many films by film-makers as she has only the solitary film Yung Mung Chung opposite Prabhu Deva on her hands in Kollywood.

After managing to shed the flab around her waist and acquiring a slim frame, Lakshmi posted selfies of herself looking radiant on social networking sites. Lakshmi Menon’s fans couldn’t believe their own eyes and wondered how the actress was able to regain her shape.

Instead of hitting the gym or doing rigorous work-outs, Lakshmi is said to have followed the fitness regime of former Bollywood queen Madhuri Dixit. A dancer par excellence, Madhuri used to keep herself fit by indulging in dancing sessions many times during a day. Lakshmi followed suit and the result is there for all to see and applaud!
