It is predicted by industrywallaahs and critics from within and outside the entertainment industry that the success of her latest film Aramm might force its protagonist Nayantara to think seriously about entering politics.
Radhika, Revathi, Gautami, Khushboo, Vindhiya and Nagma are Nayantara’s predecessors who had been in politics. Kasthuri, though not in politics, is quite active on social networking sites recording her opinion on almost anything and everything. It is now rumoured that the success of her latest film might pitchfork Nayan into the big, bad world of politics.
Enjoying her ‘No.1 heroine’ status in K-Town for the past few years, Nayantara’s character of District Colletor in Aramm is shown to be resigning her job and mingling with people to work with them in future. Gopi Nainar, the debutant director of the film, is now planning to make a sequel to it and may depict Nayantara in the sequel as taking to politics and becoming a chief-minister!
Whether or not Nayantara takes to politics in the days to come can only be confirmed by the actress alone!
