Actress Lavanya Tripathi, who is awaiting the release of producer CV Kumar’s directorial debut Maayavan where she is paired with Sundeep Kishan, is in talks to team up with actor-composer G.V. Prakash Kumar for the yet-untitled Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster “100% Love”.
Vanamagan heroine Sayyeshaa was approached to play the role initially but she turned down the offer citing date issues. The original starred Naga Chaitanya and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles.
The Tamil remake will be directed by debutant Chandra Mouli, a former associate of Telugu director Sukumar who directed “100% Love” and is also bankrolling the Tamil remake. The movie will go on floors from October first week.
