“I agree that I haven’t been having regular releases in Tamil; howver, I have managed to create my own space in Mollywood. As I debuted as a heroine in Tamil films, I have always wanted to make it big in Tamil films.

“I have some wonderful projects lined up and I’m taking up offers irrespective of whether the director is a newcomer or an established film-maker. As an actress, I don’t want to differentiate between music albums, ‘art’ films, short films or commercial films. I want to take up a good offer when it comes my way, irrespective of the language or the length of my character in the film,” concludes Iniya.
