Aadukalam, Vetri Maran’s upcoming film with Dhanush, is attracting everyone’s attention now. Excited about these two – who created Polladhavan – teaming up again, the public is eagerly following every piece of information about the film. The latest we hear from this camp is sure to excite them – Trisha is rumoured to play an Anglo-Indian in the film!
Vetri Maran, who is staying in Madurai crafting the film’s screenplay, is about to complete the film’s dialogues too. While Dhanush will mouth the dialogues in “Madurai Tamizh”, Trisha will do so in a style typical to Anglo-Indians, true to her role in the film (yet to be confirmed)! Though rarely portrayed, Anglo-Indians – a community whose strength is declining – have always fascinated filmmakers. With her stylish fair look and perfect English, Trisha is the perfect choice to play an Anglo-Indian!
Vetri Maran has stated his plans to give viewers a brilliant film. Having said that, the director has taken public curiosity to even higher levels.
PS: Aadukalam is said to be based on a true incidents that happened in Madurai a few years ago!
